Pedal Commander Throttle Response Controller For RAM 1500 Classic

I ordered by mistake the first time. I ordered the 5th generation, I hope I can return the product. Second time order ok. Easy to install, product works great. Now my RAM 1500 is ravenous like a beast. Great product, great seller. I recommend the product and the seller. Good investment for my car.

This made all the difference in the world to the fast response of the acceleration pedal. Night and day difference... finally have that power expected of a Hemi.

I love it. It does help.some with gas mileage and fun to play with when you want an immediate response to your acceleration! Worth the money!

Woke up my V6. Feels like a HEMI without the muddy pedal. I press the gas, and it goes--instantly. Sport +4 is my setting. I also still get the same MPG as before

When it got delivered in days from ordering it, which was awesome. I installed it right away, 5 minutes tops. It doesn’t add horsepower or torque, but what it does do is unleash the power you already have under the hood. What a difference in take off from stop lights and signs. Oh yeah passing vehicles is a breeze. Just have to be careful about your tires lol, that could be a problem but a good problem to have.

Sport+ mode is stupid fun! It makes my truck quick as hell! I have to be careful when the streets are wet! Sport mode is ok. City mode is meh. Now Eco mode: I went on a 500 mile road trip, 250 each way. Same way there and back. On the way there I left the Pedal Com off = 15.7 mpg, cruise set to 72, and a pretty even split between interstate and side roads. Return trip: I set the PC set to eco, cruise 72, and took the same route. Ended up with18.2 mpg when I got to my house. Totally happy with it, and the install was super easy with no issues.

Very easy install. I have used all four modes. Already seeing a 4 to 5 mpg increase while in city mode. Tested the sport+ mode from a stand still and easily spun the 33s on my truck. Definitely a fun add-on.

Very nice product and packaging , mine didn't come with directions I knew where it went and that it was plug and play but I didn't let ecu spool down for 15 mins or move keys away so I had a trouble code right away , took it out got code to clear read website more thoroughly and saw that crucial step reinstalled and now works great it does a wonder full job compensating for throttle lag. I'm running city +4 on ram 1500 with v6 pentastar, it's a little touchy in parking lots when u have to sneak up by a wall I would turn it down some if my wife was gonna be driving it , or warn her a little.

After buying my first truck, I have a lot of coworkers who have pedal commanders, and say how awesome they are. Very simple to install, only complaint I have is with the velcro stickies, when the truck gets hot, it will fall off.

So far so good, I'm still in the testing stage...City 1, first week, City 2 next and so forth... I like the response so far!

I love my pedal commander. I have one for my jeep and one for my work truck. it absolutelywakes up the throttle. just pay attention to the installation instructions and wait long enough for the vehicle to power down. had an issue with my jeep. but once the code cleared and I took the time it worked flawlessly!!!

2019 Dodge Ram 1500 SLT Classic: Just a stock daily driver. I’ve always hated the lag between the throttle and the response. Like when you jump out of a lane in a hurry. This bone stock truck has great power and drives so smooth, but that throttle lag was killing me. I was skeptical about how good any of these Throttle devices would actually work? I looked at other companies, and ordered one, but apparently they didn’t have one for the Classic? Sent it back, and saved money buying the Pedal Commander instead. Hands down, the eeeeeeaaasiest installation process ever. I love that it uses Bluetooth so I could place it out of sight under the dash near the gas pedal. In the picture it looks like the wiring is in the way of the pedal, but trust me, there’s is plenty of room. I love this device!!! Super easy, no brainer!!! Download the pedal commander app so you can change the modes on the go!!! It f*#king works!!!! Works better than I could have asked for. Honestly, it’s a great deal.. I like to be able to push the throttle and know that it will respond every time. Now it does. I don’t usually leave reviews, but that’s how much I love the pedal commander. I don’t like driving vehicles without one now. It has four modes: ECO, CITY, SPORT, and SPORT +. Of course I immediately went to sport+ mode and damn. The throttle response was seriously generous. After playing around with the other modes for a while, I ended up using city mode, and it’s exactly what I wanted and needed. I wish I would have found this a long time ago. The app works flawlessly as well, which is a rare thing nowadays. The only confusing thing about the install was when the app asked for the PIN number, I wasn’t sure which number it wanted. It didn’t take but a minute to figure it out, but that’s something easily fixed. It’s actually wanting the serial number on the back of the Pedal Commander. Great product, thank you Pedal Commander. If you’re on the fence about this product, buy it! You will not regret it.

This thing is going to get me in trouble! Or a wrecked truck if I forget to turn it off before the wife driving.. Does not give any added horsepower but it's a fun little toy!

Since installing the PC-31 on my 20 Ram Warlock, I’ve played around with a few of the settings and have noticed the difference. My preference for in town in City +2. Throttle response is there, without that knee jerk when you want to get up and go! I’ve tried the ECO……but cmon, I didn’t by my Hemi to run eco, maybe on long trips but that would be it! I since paired this with Vararams CAI and there Power Wedge, great combo! Love the acceleration this combo gives me! Pedal Commanders ease of use and setup is great!

Got my Pedal Commander today for my 2019 Ram 1500 Classic SLT Crew Cab 4x4 5.7 Hemi. S&B Cold air intake, bigger throttle body and spacer. Muffler and resonator delete. Magnaflow dual exhaust conversion. All I can say is, very easy to install, takes up very little space on my dash. Performance is out of this world. Woke my BEAST up. Thanks Pedal Commander!!

This Pedal Commander is a PERFECT upgrade for my 2017 Ram 1500 . My acceleration from the a dead stop is unbelievable, I read the reviews before I purchase one and they were all correct . Worth every dollar and some !!!

I can really tell a lot of difference at top end speeds. But from dead stop not the difference I was wanting but like I said I can tell the difference

Installed this unit in less than 10-minutes and noticed an immediate change in the throttle response. This unit has definitely breathed new life into my Hemi engine and made it more responsive and fun to drive.

Put this on my Ram truck for lack of throttle response and it works great.

I like the power, however it keeps causing my CEL and truck goes into limp mode until I clear it. I tried another unit from a separate brand and no issues. However, there are many with no issues on this one either. It definitely is a seat of your pants difference!

Super easy to install. Accelerates faster, so gas mileage is going to go down. Overall, I'm glad I put it in.

I was skeptical of this product at first, figured it’s just another “power adder” joke like a lot of them around the Internet, but this pedal commander is no joke it really work and make the truck feel much quicker cause of the better throttle response, burns the tires everywhere now I have a 16 ram hemi.

This product strictly helps throttle response, you do not gain any sort of power or torque. You do not do better time on the 1/4 mile either. I recommend this product if you feel like your gas pedal is a sponge. Overall great product, no codes no nothing just adds to the fun factor of the ride

Great device. It had improved my mileage markedly. It was a breeze to install. I let my 11 year d do the installation because he wanted to help. I plan on using it in my Challenger as well to see how the sport+ mode improves performance

If you have pedal acceleration lag, this is the best. I have a 2019 Ram 1500 Classic 3.0L Ecodiesel and this fixed all the lag! No check engine lights or anything. I thought this was how the truck was as it had a lag when accelerating. Decided to research and found others had this same problem. Had trouble accelerating in intersections as the truck would lag and then lunge until having to hit the brake.After installing, the Pedal Commander did great on all levels. The Sport+ mode makes the truck feel like a V8 with a lot more horsepower. For cruising, I like the City +4 mode or Sport. Absolutely a must buy for 2019 Ram 1500 owners.

Its crazy how fast this thing is. Ram puts so much restriction on there throttle response it fills like a different vehicle when you put it in. The only downside so far is gas mileage is not good even in city mode.

This is an excellent product. Does exactly what they say. I use it on my Ram and Mustang GT. The throttle response is excellent. Highly recommend.

Got this for a Christmas present for my boyfriend. He loves it!

Really cut the response lag. Works as advertised. Does not gain you any horsepower but really cuts the sluggish lag.
